This time round the New Zealand wine was not featured in the Wine for Asia 2008. However it was the Wine Academy Sigapore that co-host this Wine Fair.

Looking back..I have been with BMC for 11years. Baptised in 27th March 2007 by then Rev. Edmund De Souza and Rev Lee Yam Kai. Still remember is was 'dunk' at East Coast Park Beach.
Also on this date BMC launched the My Hope Singapore project, a evangelistic outreach event where Christians open up their home to bringing the Gospel message to non Christian. Click on the words in red to find out more....
Lastly, BMC is also using the Manga 'Messiah' ... gospel message in Japanese cartoons format to bring across who Jesus is to those who do not know him.

Alpha Holy Spirit Weekend Retreat
Alpha session 6 Holy Spirit weekend was held at SAF Yatch Club @ Tanah Merah Coast Road. It has a very nice, cosy seaside environment the only downside is that it is very much inaccessible unless you drive or you carpool in with someone.
We had quite and interesting time in learn and shairng the words of the Lord. Played a interesting ice-breaker games, "Round the World in 80 seconds" of cos is impossible to do that..right? is just a game!
Lunch was scrumptious, the only few dishes I could remember area...spaghetti, grilled Stingray in chilli and burbur hitam(black bean desert with coconut milk)!

Letter from Pastor In Charge dated 7th October
Posted by Chong | 10/12/2008 11:25:00 PM | 0 comments »As at times I feel weary in ministry, over loaded myself with too many commitments, God send a message thru PIC. . . .
In the letter there is this verse given..
He gives strength to the weary
and increases the power of the weak.
Even youths grow tired and weary,
and young men stumble and fall;
but those who hope in the Lord
will renew their strength.
They will soar on wings like eagles;
they will run and not grow weary,
they will walk and not faint.
Isaiah 40:29-31
Indeed this comes in a good timely manner..before I turn myself into a sour grap from fatigue.
Praise the LORD!
